  1. Hi, Rudi... First thoughts... perhaps Aufkl.Gr.(F)121. They were known to have some of their machines camouflaged with large disruptive patches. LG1, KG54 and KG77 might also be contenders. Also, given that the last letter is 'W' and therefore possibly 12.Staffel within IV.Gruppe, it could possibly have been a unit using its IV.Gruppe as a training element, and therefore perhaps not as likely to have been a reconnaissance unit. Nice photo, though... Regards, Paul
  2. Hi, I'm inclined to agree that it's a Klemm Kl32... a few photos which might help clarify things... All images are from old ebay auctions. Regards, Paul

    eBay: He111 KG1 or not?

Hi, Chris/Goran... This machine clearly carries III.Gruppe, KG53's insignia, so the last letter would be R, indicating 7.Staffel. If it was 'P' - 6.Staffel - then the insignia would be mismatched (presuming it followed standard coding rules), and therefore should more likely be No.329 from Ketley & Rolfe. Good pic, though... Regards, Paul
